1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using MyoCoach (the "Application" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Fitness & Medical Disclaimer

MyoCoach is an exercise logging, progressive overload tracker, and athletic analytics tool. MyoCoach does not provide medical advice. Strenuous resistance training carries inherent risks of physical injury. You should consult a physician before undertaking any new workout regimen.

3. User Accounts & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer application code, or upload harmful code.

4. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, software code, graphic designs, algorithms, and documentation of MyoCoach are the exclusive property of Pankaj Lalla / MyoCoach.

5. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the in-app account deletion function or contacting us at pandude29@gmail.com.
